Colorful, Spring Queer Wedding Styled Shoot at Sarabande

We had a BLAST creating this colorful styled shoot at one of Chicago’s newest venues in Roscoe Village - Sarabande. A styled shoot is where a team of various wedding vendors come together to showcase their talents to add to their portfolios. Basically, we put together a pretend aspirational wedding- with all the creative aspects we've been itching to create. For this shoot, I wanted to showcase a queer wedding since I didn't have that many in my portfolio and it aligns with my love is love ideology. I also wanted to create something colorful, ethereal and filled to the brim with flowers!! Timeless, Elegant Wedding at the Adler Planetarium

Katie and Evan picked some amazing historical places in Chicago for their elegant summer wedding. They got ready at Palmer House Hotel, and then had their ceremony and reception at the Adler Planetarium. We created elegant, simple wedding flowers using a combination of white orchids, roses and greenery. Whimsical and Colorful Spring Wedding at Greenhouse Loft

We loved working with other Chicago green wedding vendors to bring Alex and Aeryn’s colorful and whimsical spring wedding to life. Their wedding theme was inspired by Wes Anderson’s 2012 film called “Moonrise Kingdom”. Their florals were bright, playful, and whimsical, and had a wildflower feel.
