A Classic Color Palette

The wedding magazines say trends come and go, but one color scheme stands true to romance year after year- Blush, ivory and Gold. Add in touches of greenery and sustainable succulents and we have Abby and Blake's beautiful wedding.

Their traditional ceremony was held at Assumption Catholic Church in River North, followed by dinner and dancing at The Lakewood, a space owned by catering company Paramount Events. This newly opened space offers white walls with sparkling chandeliers. It was the perfect back drop for our golden and glass lanterns, pillar candles, and bud vases bursting with blush blooms.  The dinner tables had 3 different styles of centerpieces to keep things interesting. One of them was an on-trend centerpiece  with a cluster of eclectic gold candles with silver dollar greens tucked in.

A statement piece of dahlias, ranunculus, roses, and greenery welcomed guests in a fluted gold vase surrounded by a landscape of succulents for each guest to take. The bride's bouquet was a natural gathering of eucalyptus with pops of pale pinks and ivory. Her bridesmaids sported blush gowns that were complimented with ivory and green bouquets.

The stunning event was perfectly pieced together by Carlene, owner of Naturally Yours Events, and captured by Amanda Megan Miller Photography. Special thank you to you both!
