Booking Process

Once we receive an inquiry we will ask a few questions to find out the basics of your wedding. We also like to see some images or a Pinterest board so that we have a better sense of your style. Feel free to ask us questions too! It’s just as important for you to get to know us as it is for us to get to know you!

initial inquiry and introduction

We’ll meet at the studio to discuss the finer details about your wedding flowers. We’ll go through a checklist to discover your floral needs- everything from the number of centerpieces down to the color of the ribbon on your bouquets and/or boutonnieres. Not totally sure what you want yet? Don’t worry, we’ll ask all the right questions to make your flowers reflect your unique style. How? We‘ll peruse images online and in our portfolio for ideas and inspiration. We’ll also go over flower types and let you know what’s in season and what’ll fit your aesthetic the best. It’s also a fun time to play around with our vase and candle collections.

in person meeting

Toward the end of our consultation we’ll go over your proposal (which is prepared during our meeting…yes! no waiting!!) so you know exactly what to expect upon your departure. We’ll also go over the contract together in case you have questions.

Please note we require a 35% retainer to reserve your date.
